A simple sketch can show entrances, columns, counters and wall lengths. Add photos if you have them. Discuss customer routes and access for restocking before deciding how many rack sections to order. Required clearances depend on your premises and must be checked for the proposed layout.

Think about restocking

Consider where incoming stock arrives and how it reaches the shelves. Note products that are refilled frequently, heavy packages and displays that change with the season. These details help the conversation about shelf arrangement and access.

Confirm the configuration before ordering

Review the proposed dimensions, number of sections, shelf arrangement, finish and applicable loading information. A product name alone does not define its capacity. Make sure the written quotation describes the configuration you are buying.

Discuss delivery and installation
